This US Army Corps of Engineers project is used for training & education, fitness, maintenance, storage, and administration. The project has an overall square footage of 141,500 sf and includes a 64,000 sf ARC, 9,500 sf Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS), 4,000 sf unheated storage building, parking lots and installation of supporting utilities. This $29 million project is LEED Gold certified with the inclusion of photovoltaic field, storm water harvest system, and grey water harvest system. With all the sustainable elements incorporated and system efficiency measures integrated, this site exceeds the required 40 percent energy usage reduction.
