This 149,000 sf, two story steel-framed building is the new “one-stop” service center for the Auburn and foothills area public access to health and human services.   It will help consolidate existing staff and services from six divisions into one and supplants the multiple World War II-era facilities previously in use.

The Health and Human Services Center is be the County’s first zero-net-energy facility, generating as much electricity as it consumes over the course of a year.
