Zeiss Innovation Center is a new, three story 208,650 square foot commercial building that required the erection and installation of 1,335 tons of steel.
At the second, third and roof levels there were approximately 12’-0” cantilevered beams at all perimeter columns that required the field crew to verify tip up elevations and complete specific bolt up and welding sequencing to ensure proper elevations once completed.
